Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service provides thumbnail and GIF creation, post drafting with the Gemini API, and Google Trends lookups. Features may change as we improve them.

2. Free use and passes

• Image creation and AI drafts are free up to 3 times a day each, resetting at midnight Korea Standard Time.
• Watching an ad to the end grants a 24-hour unlimited pass (up to 2 a day). Passes are not granted while an ad blocker is active.
• Obtaining passes or free uses by improper means (automation, forged requests and the like) may lead to restricted access.
• When paid subscriptions launch, price, billing, cancellation and refund terms will be presented separately.

3. AI-generated content

• The AI writer calls Google’s service with your own Gemini API key; Google’s terms and pricing apply to that use.
• AI-generated text can be inaccurate. You are responsible for checking facts and reviewing content before publishing.
• Rights to and responsibility for generated text rest with you, to the extent permitted by law and Google’s terms.

4. Your content

Thumbnails, GIFs and posts you make with the Service are yours. You are responsible for making sure the photos, videos and text you use do not infringe others’ copyright, publicity, trademark or other rights. The bundled fonts may be used freely for thumbnails under the SIL Open Font License.

5. Prohibited use

• Creating unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights
• Placing abnormal load on the Service or its servers, or bypassing its security
• Copying, redistributing or reselling the Service without permission

6. Third-party services

The Service works alongside third-party services such as Google (Gemini API, Google Trends). Changes or outages on their side may stop some features (for example, AI drafts or trend lookups) from working. The Service is not affiliated with them.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use the Service, except for damages caused by our intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes and governing law

We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
